Good: Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt an der Donau. Verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Ideal für Spaziergänge. Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei! Sehr schöner Spa und Wellnessbereich mit genug Liegen. Großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel und auch nicht überteuert. Preis - Leistungsverhältniss in Ordnung. Man kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Bad: Im großen und Ganzen gab es nichts zu bemängeln! Handys wurden im Spa Bereich trotz Verbotsschilder genauso benutzt wie überall im Hotel. Keine Hinweise des Bademeisters auf die Verbotsschilder. Wahrscheinlich könnten einige Gäste ohne Handy gar nicht überleben!

Good: Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und vom Komfort des Wellnessbereichs ganz zu schweigen. Ich hatte sogar eine eigene Sauna in meinem Badezimmer. Good: Das Hotel war im Ganzen wirklich top. Sauber, Ausstattung gut, freundliches/hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück auch ausreichend Auswahl und gut. Immer schwierig das positive hervorzuheben aber im allgemeinen hat mich das Hotel überzeugt und ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen Bad: 2 Punkte: 1. Von der Lage leicht außerhalb des Zentrums, jedoch handelt es sich um ein Spa-Hotel also nachvollziehbar, dass es etwas außerhalb liegt und es hält beinahe direkt die Buslinie davor also. Also alles halb so wild 2. Etwas das mich schon etwas gestört hat ist, dass die Zimmer extrem hellhörig sind. Habe wirklich beinahe jedes Geräusch von den angrenzenden Zimmern bzw. dem Gang gehört.

Fantastic design in the lobby, very modern and bright. The rooms however still sport the standard 80s outfit, and the carpets everywhere should probably be exchanged soon. Also the bathroom in the room is too small and shabby, appliances not working correctly, soap basket being torn half apart, etc. All the staff very friendly and helpful all the time. Breakfast very nice and worth the price.

Good: Ein tolles Hotel mit einem guten Angebot für die Gäste. Unser Zimmer war klein aber fein. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Donau (ohne das bei der Buchung anzugeben). Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Der Wellnessbereich, der im Zimmerpreis inkludiert ist, war wirklich toll, vor allem die Thermalbecken sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wer also den perfekten Mix aus Städtetrip und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Bad: Um in den Wellnessbereich zu gelangen, muss man am Bistro vorbeigehen. Es war etwas komisch, im Bademantel an schick gekleideten Personen vorbeizugehen. Das ist dann aber schon der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Good: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Donaublick/ Straße- schöner wäre ein direkter Blick gewesen - wahrscheinlich sind nur die Zimmer mit Balkon direkt mit Donaublick. Hotel ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel - 10€ /Tag - sehr günstig. Bad: Der Teppich in unserem Zimmer ist dringend auszuwechseln, viele Flecke.

Good: Wir hatten ein Suite mit 2 Räumen und super Aussieht. Die Lage ist einmalig, die Thermalbecken sind Highlights. schön, daß man draussen auf der Terasse sitzen und speisen kann. Helia ist unser Stammhotel seit Jahren, wohin wir gerne mit Kindern und Enkelkindern reisen. Gerne immer wieder, nur die Gastronomie muss dringend geändert werden. Bad: Das Hotel hat in der Gastronomie so sehr nachgelassen. Fettige Gulaschsuppe ohne Fleischeinlagen, fettige Panierungen, harte Schnitzel, kein Desserts auf der Minispeisekarte, Essen nur in der Lobby serviert, wo nur ein paar Tische vorhanden waren, aber großteils mit Kartenspielern belegt. Extrem lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen! Frühstück morgens im Restaurant, Büffet sehr preiswert, Brotkörbe fast immer leer, kein schönes ungarisches Weißbrot vorhanden, jeden Morgen die gleiche Wurst und Käsesorten. Kein Speck zum Ei, kaum Obst. Abends kein Restaurant geöffnet, nur für Gruppen und Tagungen. Ein Hotel, wo man abends nicht speisen kann - ein absolut no go! Was ist aus unserem schönen Helia Stammhotel geworden? Restaurants sind alle weiter weg, nur mit Bus und Taxi erreichbar. Es gibt ein Sauna im Suite, das ist absolut überflüssig, benutzt kein Mensch. Dafür wäre lieber eine zweite Toilette im Bad wichtig.

Good: Die Zimmer sind funktional, ich hatte eines mit Ausblick auf den Donauarm. Der Safe funktioniert einfach per Eingabe per 4 Ziffern, an manchen Hotelsafes muß man lange, komplizierte Vorgänge ausüben, das war ein Pluspunkt. Die Klimaanlange funktioniert einwandfrei, in der Wannendusche kommt sofort warmes Wasser, es gibt ausreichend Handtücher. Das Personal ist einwandfrei; der Frühstückraum ist groß und weitläufig, so daß man sich die üblichen Figuren in kurzen Hosen, Schlappen und mit Tätowierungen vom Leibe halten kann, Frühstück gibt es bereits ab 7.00 Uhr. Die Lobby ist ebenfalls weiträumig, dort kann man sich aus der Bar versorgen und bei hellem Licht arbeiten, sich unterhalten, was auch immer. Ich verreise ohne Smartphone, insofern weiß ich den Gäste-Computertisch zu schätzen. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Zentrums, es ist ein strammer Fußmarsch bis zur Margarethenbrücke durch ein Wohnvierte., aber 200 Meter weiter befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle; zum Heldenplatz ist es zu Fuß kürzer und man geht durch ein architektonisch interessanteres Viertel - ich empfehle unbedingt einen Blick auf die ehemalige Mädchenschule zur Rechten zu werfen. Bad: Ich hätte gerne das Fenster geöffnet, aber es ist fest verschlossen.

Good: Zimmer mit Balkon im 4. Stock und Blick auf die Donau war sehr schön / WLAN war gut Frühstücken konnte man ab 7. Uhr , reichhaltiges Angebot, ein Koch der Früh frische Eierspeisen zubereitete An der Rezeption gab es 2 Personen die deutsch konnten Busanbindung in die Innenstadt war mit Line 15 (30 min.) möglich oder mit der Metro3 , leider mit Umsteigen in Busse verbunden da ein Steckenabschnitt baulich gesperrt ist. Der Wellnessbereich hatte von 7-22 Uhr auf . Sauna / Dampfsauna war alles kostenlos für Hotelgäste. Handtücher & Bademantel (im Zimmer) wurden im Wellnessbereich zur Verfügung gestellt. Bad: der Zimmerservice musste manuell bestimmt werden wir hätten uns gewünscht auf dem Balkon rauchen zu dürfen es gab nur zweit deutsche Fernsehsender ( ZDF / SAT1)

Good: Wellnes Bereich mit Sauna und Thermalbecken. Gutes Frühstück und Bistro. Im Bistro kann man Kleinigkeiten essen. Besonders empfehle ich Fish&Chips. Bad: Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Zentrums. Mein Zimmer war zu der Stadtseite und nicht zum Fluss. Es gibt auch Zimmer mit Balkon zu Donau. Diese kosten jedoch mehr.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel Nähe der Donau gelegen. Mit Sicht auf die Margit Halbinsel. Es gibt ein Kosmetik und Frisiersalon im Hotel. Ein Spa und Wellnessbereich mit 3 Innenpools und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen. Frühstück vor Ort kostet 13/15.00 Euro und mit vorheriger Buchung 5 Euro. Frühstück in Corona Zeit ist gut jedoch bescheiden.

Good: Die Aussicht war athemberaubend, wunderschön. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat mich begeistert. Es ist alles in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Wenn man gut zu Fuss ist benötigt man nicht einmal ein Taxi. Bad: Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer ein kleineres nervendes Geräusch. Kam vermutlich von den Lifts. Ich habe mich allerdings nicht beim Personal deswegen erkundigt, so ist dies keine Beschwerde.

Good: Tolle Lage, Schöne Sicht auf die Donau. Große saubere Zimmer. Bad: Der Weg zum Wellnessbereich war ein bisschen umständlich. Generell ist der Wellnessbereich ein wenig klein.

Hotel: Ein Hotel, wie man es sich wünscht. Es gab keine Mängel. Nur positives zu berichten. Wir waren ueber die Weihnachten dort. Un das mit unserem Hund. Absolut kein Problem. Da umliegend relativ viele Wiese vorhanden war, sehr problemlos. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen. Schade in Budapest ist eigentlich nur, das unprofessionelle Verhalten bei der Metro. Als deutsch sprechender bekommt man dort nur abweisendes Verhalten. Die sind sich einfach nicht bewusst, dass man auch in der Schweiz Deutsch spricht. Das zieht sich uebrigens durch die ganze Stadt fort. Interessant, dass Verkäufer auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt praktisch alle Deutsch konnten.

Good: Wir, meine Frau und ich seit mehrere Jahren Stammkunden sind. Es war immer schön in Hotel Helia. Dieses mal vielleicht ein Tick Besser. Danke. Bad: Komm nichts in meine Sinn.

Good: Frühstück war gut; der Blick aus dem Superior-Zimmer direkt auf die Donau sehr nett. Die Lage direkt an der Donau günstig und das Hotelzimmer im 6. Stock war auch sehr ruhig; Freundliches Service an der Rezeption sowie im Empfangsbereich des Frühstückraumes. Bad: Beim Frühstück sind durch eine ausgefallene Kaffeemaschine sowie der zeitweiligen Nicht-Verfügbarkeit längere Wartezeiten entstanden; WC-Spülung am Zimmer defekt.

Good: Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nächste U-Bahn-Station und Bankomat sind 5min Gehweg entfernt und 2 min läuft man zur Bushaltestelle, von der man Bus zum Zoo nehmen kann. Das Zimmer war sauber, bequem und mit allem ausgestattet, inkl. Safe, kleinen Kühlschrank, Bademantel, Kaffee und Tee. Sogar der Wasserkocher im Zimmer war frisch gereinigt. Hallenbad und Sauna waren jederzeit zu nutzen und sehr sauber. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, hat sogar unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Personal hat alle unsere Fragen auf Englisch bzw. Deutsch beantworten können. Bad: Es gibt wenig zu meckern! Es wäre vielleicht gut, wenn man bei Anreise sagt, dass Termine für SPA und Massagen 1 oder 2 Tage IM VORAUS zu buchen sind. Als ich am Abend eine Rückenmassage wollte, war die nächste freie Zeit erst in 1,5 Tagen. Sonst alles gut

Good: Sehr gutes Stadt Hotel mit Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern ! Spa Bereich leider nicht genutzt.

Good: Das Personal war enorm hilfsbereit und freundlich! Man könnte jeden Mitarbeiter jederzeit ansprechen. Die Lage ist wirklich prima, man kommt mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut in die Stadt. Oder man geht sehr schön an der Donau entlang. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Good: Das Frühstück war, mit Ausnahme des fehlenden Nussnougatbrotaufstriches, reichhaltig und gut. Frisches Obst, Eier in verschiedenen Ausführungen, gute Fruchtsäfte. Die Lage an der Donau des Hotels und die leichte Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto sind sehr hervorzuheben. Das Parkplatzangebot gut, da man auch sein Auto in Absprache mit der Rezeption noch am Tag der Abreise etwas stehen lassen konnte, um nochmal ins Zentrum zu fahren. Die Anbindung mit der Buslinie 47 war gut. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich gleich gegenüber dem Hotel. Die Poolanlage war ein weiteres Highlight. Öffnungszeiten und Service sehr gut. Die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe waren äußerlich nicht ansprechend, waren aber auch nicht nötig, da das hoteleigene Bistro über eine hervorragende Speisenauswahl verfügt, zu vernünftigen Preisen. Bad: Nur den Kaffee aus dem Automaten im Frühstücksraum konnte man nicht trinken, aber Tee war ja auch reichlich vorhanden. Die schon erwähnten fehlenden Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft.

Good: Leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal und ein gutes Bett, die Lage ist ideal, wenn man ein wenig bereit ist, sich zu bewegen (ca 20 min zu Fuß vom Parlament entfernt)

Good: Reichliches Frühstücksbuffet, Lage etwas Abseits vom Stadtzenturm, jedoch alles sehr gut mit Öffis erreichbar; Wellnessbereich war sehr schön; das Hotel ist groß aber die Leute teilen sich gut auf. Bad: Teppichboden im Zimmer mag ich nicht so gerne;

Good: Unser Zimmer im Hotel bot einen herrlichen Blick auf die Donau und die Margareteninsel. Es war sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und erfüllte alle Ansprüche. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant bietet sehr viel Platz und wurde frisch renoviert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist mit der Metro gut zu erreichen und hat für eine Großstadt eine angenehm ruhige Lage. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Good: Zimmer war top mit schönem Ausblick auf die Margareteninsel, gute Matratzen, 3 verschiedene Kopfkissen... Frühstück war echt klasse, mit einer sehr großen Auswahl... Nur die Frühstücksmädels waren etwas übereifrig beim Teller abräumen 🤩 Lage war gut, U Bahn und Bus gleich in der Nähe. Personal sehr nett und höflich. Wellnessbereich sehr gut und zum Entspannen einladend... Wir würden wiederkommen. Bad: Es gibt nix zu meckern.... 😇

Hotel: Ich war das letzte Mal vor 3 Jahren in diesem Hotel und kann nur sagen das es sich sehr verbessert hat. Die Lobby und das Restaurant sind komplett umgebaut worden und ich hatte ein super Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. War 1 Nacht dort und bin am nächsten Tag nach Szeged ins Novotel (siehe writer Bewertung) weiter gereist.

Good: Die Frühstück war sehr gut,ruhige lage,sehr sauber,sehr schnell Stadtmitte errichbar. Bad: Hotel eigene Parkplatz für Kunden gratis sein,es wurde 10 Euro pro tag bezahlt.

Good: Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in diesem Hotel, um paar Tage in Budapest zu verbringen. Sehr schön ist die Badelandschaft mit den unterschiedlichen Thermalbecken. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und sauber, die Betten angenehm und gut zum Schlafen. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum (muss es auch nicht), aber die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Sogar fußläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten dieser schönen Stadt zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein auch ein Besuch des Zoos.

Good: Das komplette Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Frühstücksbuffet viel besser als letztes Jahr im April. Jetzt vorzüglich. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Bad: Leider fehlt auf dem Zimmer eine Wäscheleine über der Badewanne zum Trocknen der Badesachen

Good: Komfortables, großzügig gestaltetes Hotel mit sehr schönem Wellnessbereich. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, für jeden ist etwas dabei, dazu sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs in unmittelbarer Nähe (in 7 Minuten ist man mit der Metro in der Innenstadt), kleiner Supermarkt direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Bad: Undefinierbare Geräusche in unserem Zimmer im 6. Stock (vermutlich vom gegenüberliegenden Aufzug stammend). Im Wellnessbereich werden die bestehenden Regeln (nicht telefonieren, nicht filmen, nicht vom Beckenrand springen) häufig von Badegästen missachtet. Dieses Verhalten wird vom zeitweise anwesenden Personal oft ignoriert. Entweder setzt man die Regeln durch, oder sie werden gestrichen und jeder darf tun und lassen was er will. Während unseres Aufenthalts fiel uns an einem Nachmittag eine "Gästegruppe" auf, für die das Wort "Benehmen" offensichtlich ein Fremdwort ist. Herumlümmelnd und die Füße mit Straßenschuhen auf dem Tisch haben wir die "Gäste" in der Hotellobby gesehen, ohne dass das Personal eingeschritten ist. Falls man Angst hatte, solche Personen mit dem Hinweis auf ihr ungebührliches Verhalten zu vergraulen.....auf solche Leute kann dieses Hotel getrost verzichten.
