Good: El hotel es nuevo, amplio, cómodo, con todas las áreas muy bien cuidadas y brinda mucho confort. El personal muy amable, me gusto mucho la disposición de ayudar a los clientes en la recepción el personal del restaurante y el personal del SPA. estoy muy agradecida con el personal del SPA que me atendieron de una forma muy amable y profesional. Bad: Me gustó todo del hotel y de la ciudad

Good: Wellnes részleg nagyon felszerelt. Sütemények álomiak. Személyzet a hatalmas forgalom ellenére megértő, segítőkész és türelmes. Bad: Szobák mérete adott de a fürdőszobák állapota miatt a felújítás javasolt. Illetve a félpanzió választéka és minősége átlagos.

Good: Провели 2 дня с мужем, впервые были в Будапеште и очень довольны тем, что выбрали именно этот отель! Все понравилось, завтраки супер, бассейн кайф! Решили, что если приедем ещё, то обязательно заселимся также в этот отель :) Bad: Были мелочи, которые могли не понравиться, но думаю, это лично наше мнение, которое может отличаться от остальных, поэтому нет смысла придираться. Соотношение цена и качество на высоте.

Good: L'hotel non è centralissimo, ma è ben collegato. Camera molto confortevole e pulita. Colazione ottima e abbondante: vasta scelta per il salato, un po' meno per il dolce, ma comunque tutto molto buono. Piacevole la SPA. Staff molto gentile. Bad: Bagno un po' piccolo e con vasca. Avrei preferito la doccia. Comunque, non è stato un grosso problema.

Highly recommend! Stayed there for 2 nights. Everything was more than we expected. The staff extremely helpful, the rooms very clean, newly renovated, beautiful view of the river and the breakfast very good. You have to pay extra 12€/day for parking, wich is a bargain giving the fact that Budapest is an extremely busy town, and also we were told this in advance, so we knew this when we chose the hotel. The staff was specifically clear in everything when we made the booking so we had no surprises. Thank you, Danubius Helia . We will love to visit you again. All the best.

Good: Внешне обманчив, внутри отель достаточно ухоженный и обновленный. Чисто. Сауны и бассейны - зачет. Детям понравилось. Удобная парковка. Хорошие завтраки и ужин. Bad: Далековато от центра, с детьми пешком в первый вечер так и не дошли. Остальные разы ездили в центр на машине. Вокруг отеля делать нечего.

A cama não era feita de forma correta, ficando apenas com a sensação dos lençóis puxados para cima.

Er Zentrales Hotel. Liegt direkt an der schönen Donau. Mit Bus und Taxi ist man ganz schnell im Zentrum von budapest!!

Good: Great Breakfast, nice spa and nice room. The bed was super comfortable and room very quiet. Despite the localization not so close to the city center, was very easy to use the buses and metro near by the Hotel. We had a lovely stay.

Good: Service level has improved tangibly since my last stay in 2022. Rooms are cleaned daily, breakfasts are quite manifold and staff is highly responsive. Interior looks good after the renovation. Choose renovated rooms, since older versions may leave the feeling of time travel back to the past. Bad: Ask for slippers at reception as they are not placed in rooms.

Good: Danubius Hotel Helia is a great hotel. It is located by the Danube and has rooms with view over the river. The room was very clean and the breakfast is amazing! We had a newly refurbished room. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly: helped us with early check-in and also with other requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good: Už sme tu boli asi 3x. Pekný výhľad.Pekné, čisté izby, wellness centrum aj 38°c vodou, so saunou, fitness.Raňajky veľký výber. Milý personál.

Good: We (2 adults) reserved a Premium Plus Double room with Balcony and Danube view (newly refurbished) The room was spotless, big and well equipped. Pretty much on point with what you see in the photos. Great breakfast and spa facilities. The hotel is within walking distance from, mostly everything of interest if you plan on visiting. - 2 things that really stood out : regular hairdryer in the bathroom and refrigerator at the luggage room in the hotel lobby. both great touches !

Good: A reggeli választéka és minősége nagyon rendben volt. A hotel közvetlenül a Duna partján van, a mellette lévő sétány esti sétához kellemes. a tetőn lévő napozóterasz is rendben van. Bad: A klímatizálás még nem volt rendesen tesztelve, mivel még ez volt az első igazi üzemelése.

Good: Все было хорошо , номер после ремонта очень хороший , кондиционер работал хорошо , завтрак есть все голодным не уйдешь , но каждый день одно и тоже. Жили на 5 этаже. В номере с видом на дунай , номер 20 метров для 2 взрослых супер , для 3 будет тесен , халаты есть тапочки берите свои , раз в 3 дня меняют белье на краватях , уборка была каждый день . есть чайник и маленький холодильник , до парламента пешком 30 минут , до центра 50 минут , остановка автобус/трайлебус 4 минуты , метро 10 минут . Bad: СПА отеля много людей не отдыхающих в отеле , это создает неудобство пользованием басейнами они постоянно заняты людьми которые приходят заниматся спортом по абонементам . просто поплавать нужно ловить время , термальной воды нет , просто подогретая вода , даже убрали таблички о ограничении времени нахождения в такой воде и не допуск детей до 14 лет( видел их в отзывах и фото отеля) в басейне 36 градусов ( джакузи) очень много хлорки в воде когда бурлит запах сильный.

A laktóz és gluténmentes termékek is rendelkezésre állnak. Bad: Első benyomásra a szoba tisztának tűnt, de sajnos ez részleteiben nem felelt meg egy tökéletesen tiszta szobának. Good: A wonderfully modern and welcoming hotel, with lots of communal spaces on the ground floor to grab a bite to eat, have a drink, or just sit and relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered luggage storage for when I arrived too early for check-in. My room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable, and was appointed with everything I needed for my trip. I had a brilliant view of the Danube and the hotel was in the perfect location for taking a wander along the river or heading into the city centre. Lots of lovely restaurants in close proximity, and the onsite bistro has a great selection on the menu. The breakfast selection was excellent and everything was delicious - something for everybody. Highly recommend - will stay again! Bad: The electricity in my room tripped out in the middle of the night - the staff were extremely attentive though and fixed it within less than 20 minutes. No complaints from me!

Good: Excellent location just a few stops from the city center via public transport. The newly renovated interiors are gorgeous, staff are always friendly and the breakfast is outstanding with plenty of options to choose from.

Good: Хорошие завтраки, чистые номера, бассейны и сауна, за эти деньги вы получаете это все вместе. Bad: Часов в 7 утра нас несколько раз будил персонал, когда использовал пылесос в коридоре. Но это возможно исключение, т. к. наш номер был рядом со служебным лифтом.

Good: A spacious hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Was worried about checking in so late as our flight was delayed by three hours so we didn't get to the hotel till 3am but we were met by a friendly receptionist and it was easy to check in. Bed was very comfortable. Bad: The only thing that was a bit annoying that was there was a couch and chairs in the communal area near the lifts. Our room was close to the lifts and people would stay outside drinking on these sofa and chairs so was a little noisy at times but didn't last all night.

Good: Egyszerűen minden jó volt. Voltunk már néhány jobb fajta szállodában de a Helia még a külföldi dupla / tripla ennyibe kerülő szállodákat is felül tudta múlni. A 6. emeleten lévő új szőnyegek illata csodálatos érzés, ahogy az ember kilép a liftből és érzi, hogy itt minden új még és minőségi. Mi mindenhova kutyával járunk és külön plusz pont a kártyáért amit az ajtóra tudtunk akasztani, hogy jelezzük a kutyát a szobában. Bad: Első nap a reggelinél rántottát ettem. Legalábbis akartam mert valami fura szaga volt és az ízével is valami nem volt rendben. Másnap már más állaga és színe is volt a kirakott rantottának de már nem mertem még egyszer megpróbálni. Ez volt az egyetlen negatív dolog amit tapasztaltam.

Good: Nydelig frokost. Hotellet har utmerket beliggenhet i rolig område. Vi liker å vandre gatelangs, det var enkelt å ta t-bane tilbake til hotellet på kvelden.
