Good: Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en zeer smakelijk. Ruimschoots de tijd voor het ontbijt. In eerste instantie had de kamer geen zicht op de Donau. En telefoontje naar de receptie en tegen geringe bijbetaling van kamer gewisseld.

Good: I had a nice vacation, this hotel is quiet and clean, the food is good, and the location is amazing. The staff is very kind, and the spa area is bigger and cleaner than I expected.

La nostra camera era vista Danubio. Bad: la zona benessere la sera chiude presto, essendo una capitale europea, si visita la città per l'intera giornata, poi in serata si ha voglia di relax, ma di tempo per godersi la spa ne resta veramente poco

Good: Hotel je izuzetan i za svaku pohvalu! Još je bolji uživo nego na slikama i sve je na visokom nivou...sobe,čistoća,udobnost,spa centar... Doručak vredi svaku paru i ne treba ga propustiti.Lolacija hotela je na 20min lagane šetnje od centra po prelepom šetalištu uz Dunav. Bad: Naplata parkinga 12e po danu.

Good: The view from our room was lovely, the staff very hospitable and the breakfast was out of this world. Also the thermal pools were very relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. Bad: The German style toilets were fairly unpleasant in our opinion. Also one evening a fight broke out by the front door to the hotel and we were afraid to come in.

A reggelit 5-re fogom értékelni, mert nagyon széles választék volt, szezonális kínálattal, pl. sütőtök, viszont a kollégákkal nem voltam teljesen elégedett. Amíg elmentem újabb harapnivalóért, az asztalról elvitték a félretett kenyeret és evőeszközt, pedig az asztalon hagyott egyéb dolgokból egyértelmű volt, hogy nem fejeztem még be a reggelit. Sajnos ez van, ha egyedül van az ember!

Az éttermi személyzet nagyon kedves volt, és a második találkozáskor már emlékeztek ránk, és kedvesen köszöntöttek, és a gyermekünkkel is nagyon kedvesen bántak.

My travel companion and I, at a great time at this hotel. Your staff was overly friendly, which was fabulous. They were very well-educated on all the information we needed to know about the hotel in itself was very clean. It was nice and quiet. There was no ruckus, the rooms were very comfortable. We absolutely had a fabulous time staying with your hotel. It was centrally located for the event that we were there for so we didn't have to do a lot of travel time and the view from our room was spectacular.

Bad: Az étteremben,reggelinél sajnos kellemetlen élményben volt részem, mert az egyik felszolgáló hölgy hangosan kitárgyalta a vendégeket, többek között azt, hogy mennyit esznek ….Nem tartom helyénvalónak, hogy ilyen beszélgetések zajlanak a vendégek jelenlétében. Ez a viselkedés számomra zavaró volt, és rontott a reggeli élményén.

Good: We stayed in a suite room with river view. The room was amazing with a sauna inside, mini gym and living room! The room was well equipped with your kitchen needs i,e., microwave, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, etc. The living room has a sofa and a smart tv and the bed room has a comfortable bed with a TV as well. The bathroom is big with inbuilt sauna and has a separate toilet too. Overall happy with the stay and recommended Bad: Nothing specific. The breakfast spread could be better

Good: Excellent location right on the bank of the Danube, very close to the Parliament. The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and modern (even if it is quite small). The breakfast was very good and varied. The access to the Spa area and swimming pools was also a big plus. The hydromassage available in one of the pools suited us very well at the end of each day in which we visited the most important tourist attractions in Budapest.

The welcome was warm,friendly and professional. My room 312,was very comfortable. I love the revamp and so happy the old bath was gone and instead a super shower. I can't enthuse enough about my fabulous balcony and Danube view, quite wonderful and I spent hours just watching the activity on the river. Beautiful by day and by night and so very much appreciated. THANKYOU! This was ,I believe, my fifth visit to the Helia. I have told my friends about it and I will, for certain, come again. All the staff were smiley and the lovely lady taking room numbers at breakfast deserves a special mention. I did notice some guests hardly acknowledged her cheerful greeting but she remained cheerful despite their rudeness!!! Thankyou everyone, you are an ace team! Best Wishes Becca Halsey

Good: Sve je, kao i obično, izuzetno čisto, osoblje je jako ljubazno, hrana je odlična, samo su cene malo jače.

Басейните, фитнеса и спа съоръженията, са чисти, с приветлив персонал и Ви позволява да се почуствате страхотно след дългъг ден. Закуската е невероятана, има голям избор, включително за хора, които се хранят без глутен и без лактоза. Бях очарована от вечерята, всяка вечер се готват различни ястия, като отново е съобразено да има супа, основно ястие и десерт за хора, които се хранят без глутен и без лактоза. Искам да благодаря на обслужващия персонал, особенно на готвача, който приготвя омлетите на закуска, както и на персонала обслужващ гостите на вечеря. На първата вечер, попитах за хляб без глуген и ми беше даден такъв, на втората вечер, персонала беше запомнил че ям хляб без глутен и ми донесаха, без да се налага да питам. Това да запомниш предпочитанията на посетителите в ресторанта, при толкова много хора, за мен говори за голям професионализъм. Благодаря на целия персонал за професионалното им, ненатрапващо и учтиво отношение с което допринесоха, за една чудесна почивка. Bad: Това което не ми хареса е банята. Разположенито в банята, бих нарекла "чудо", само не знам дали е архитектурно, дизайнерско или управленско "чудо". Извинявайте за острите думи, но по-рано имаше вана в банята и беше чудесно. Сега сте сложи душ и пространството под душа не е малко и по-едър човек, ще се побере, но - едно голямо"НО", душа е монтиран в дясната страна на банята, а крана за пускане на водата в лявата страна на банята, на разстояние около 1,5 м. едно от друго. За да пуснеш водата трябва да направиш, поне две крачки върху хлъзгавото корито, след което да се върнеш с още две крачки до душа за да видиш как е водата / при условие, че си забравил да вземеш подвижния душ/, след което да се върнеш още две крачки за да регулираш температурата и силата на водата. Същото движение се прави и когато ще използвате шампоан или сапун за тяло, защото са монтирани на стената до крана за пускане на водата и през цялото това време се разхождате върху хлъзгавото корито. Да не забравя - монтирали са дръжка на стената,за която да се държите докато се разхождате от единия край до другия /не че помага/, но ако се подхлъзнете и паднете да се ударите и в нея. Скъпи управители или собственици на хотела, моля, организирайте ни гимнастика във вода, долу в басейните, не под душа. Определено не се чуствахме безопасно в банята.

Bra hotel ej så långt från city, rent, modernt, bra frukost. Inomhus pool bastu och gym. Massage och spa behandlingar mot kostnad.

Good: המלון היה נהדר,אוכל טוב,צוות נהדר. היגענו משפחה של 9 נהנינו ממתקני המלון. Bad: חשוב לשפץ את החדרים מעט ישנים.

Good: Camere, spatii publice renovate, arata foarte bine. Mâncarea foarte gustoasa, atât la mic dejun cât și la cina. Parcarea mare, găseai oricând loc. Un magazin in proximitate, statie de autobuz și troleibuz foarte aproape. Bad: Atitudinea d-rei recepționere de la spa, care a dovedit un dublu standard pentru noi, care eram români versus clienții maghiari (a uitat să ne ofere ceasurile pentru vestiar, cu greu, ce i-am atras atenția, no le-a oferit).

Good: Great hotel in a great location near the river. A little out of the main part of the city but public transport was so easy and quick this made no difference or a lovely walk by the water. Loved the use of the spa which was very relaxing. Great choice at breakfast. Staff were so amazing and friendly. Great value stay for how lovely the hotel is. Bad: Only small thing was our room was quite warm despite using the air con.

Good: Das danubius ist ein Hotel, welches wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Früherer Check in war problemlos möglich, weil das Zimmer fertig war. Frühstück war herausragend, Wellness sehr schön. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Fussläufig zur M3 und damit ruckzuck in der Innenstadt.

Good: Check-in was a breeze, and there was plenty of safe parking space. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelettes! I appreciated the clever placement of the shower knob at the entrance, even though the showerhead was on the left. Plus, the smell of the new carpet was a delightful touch! hehe Bad: What an adventure! I was all set in my bathrobe for some wellness fun when I realized I had to dash to reception for slippers. 😄 Also, all the rooms are equally charming—no upgrades here! And remember, breakfast is a delicious race against time, ending sharp, so be sure to arrive on time!

Good: Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Bad: Duft in der Aula. Sehr chemisch riechender Blumenduft.

Good: Am fost cazați într-o camera renovata cu priveliște spre Dunăre. Deși a fost relativ mica ca dimensiune, ne-a asigurat tot confortul. Foarte curata, am avut liniște și micul dejun a fost excelent, bogat și delicios. Hotelul este situat aproape de stație de autobuz dar și de metrou Bad: Faptul ca în 4 nopți nu s-a schimbat lenjeria de pat și ca nu s-a aspirat în camera. Fiind toamna se tot aduc frunze pe încălțări și nici pe hol nu părea aspirat. La spa mirosul de clor era foarte proeminent.

Good: Außen Pfui Innen Hui . Absolut top modern. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Frühstück hervorragend. Spa etwas überlaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bad: Zimmer waren zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt nicht klimatisiert und konnten nur mit einem kleinen Fenster gelüftet werden. Zum schlafen viel zu warm.

Good: Pokoj Premium je zcela nový. Vše je velmi pěkné, pohodlné. Snídaně i večeře výborné. Zastávka MHD i obchody s potravinami pod hotelem. Rádi se při návštěvě Budapešti opět vrátíme do tohoto skvělého hotelu. Personál je zde velmi příjemný. Děkujeme Bad: Nelíbilo se nám, že je zde málo výtahů a pak se ještě jeden rozbil.

Good: Nedaleko od metra. Skvělá snídaně, bohatá večeře. SPA s několika bazény a saunou.

Good: Camera cu vedere la rau ofera o priveliste frumoasa. Am apreciat faptul ca am gasit in camera dubla si un pat pentru copil. Patul foarte mare si confortabil, cu multe perne pentru toate gusturile, iar salteaua perfecta. Baia foarte curata. Mancare variata, in fiecare seara au fost alte feluri, foarte gustoase, de mancare. Bad: Este afisata regula de "liniste" intre 7-9 si 20-22, insa, in realitate e o interdictie pentru copii de a merge la piscina. Interdictia este scrisa mic, sub asa zisul program de "liniste". Am vazut programul de "liniste" dar nu am citit tot ce era pe pereti si pe birouri. Am aflat atunci cand am fost "evacuati" din piscina. Ar fi fost bine sa se aspire macar o data camera. In ultima zi erau ghemotoace mari de praf pe jos.

A közös terek tágasak, nagyon jó dekor elemekkel vannak díszítve, melyek tovább emelik a minőségi érzetet. A reggeli és vacsora választékban megtalálható a magyaros és a nemzetközi ízvilág. Bad: Nincs ilyen.

Good: Posizione veramente comoda a circa 400 metri dalla fermata DOZSA GYORGY UT della Metro 3 blu, comodamente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 5 minuti. Hotel veramente confortevole e pulito. Noi avevamo la colazione (ricchissima di dolce e salato) e la cena dove la loro specialità è la carne veramente buona e con un ricco tavolo di dolci monoporzioni. Personale veramente disponibile, spa e piscine favolose in cui rilassarsi dopo un'intera giornata doo aver visitato la bellissima città. Consiglio abbonamento giornaliero mezzi pubblici che include max 5 persone al prezzo di 5 mila fiorni. Hotel assolutamente consigliato.

Good: Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect in the center of Budapest, in one of the most popular quarter of town, we had a room with a view to the river and Margitsziget. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Bad: Everything was perfect, one of the best experiences.

Good: D.Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage neben Donau.Man kann spazieren bis Parlament ca 30 Minuten und zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ansonsten gibt gute Verbindungen mit öffentlicheTransport (Metro,Bus)D.Hotel ist modern,neu renoviert,Personal bemüht sich für eine angenehme ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Essen was auch von guter Qualität.3 Pools mit Wassertemperatur bis 38 Grad und Sauna sind vorhanden,Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet,die Betten sind bequem. Es war überall sauber .

The room I stayed in was beautiful and clean with a very updated interior and many options for lighting throughout the room for different purposes throughout the day and night. I also don't remember hearing any noise from adjacent rooms or the hallway during my entire two week stay, which was lovely. The hotel is very conveniently located on bus lines and across the street from a rental bike station, as well as just a few blocks from the metro, which was all very convenient for getting around. It felt very safe as well. If I'm ever in Budapest again, I would definitely stay here again!

Good: Спа прекрасен, завтрак хороший, вид из окна на Дунай великолепен! Далековато от центра, но рядом автобусная остановка. Магазин через дорогу. Bad: Закончился чай в номере в первый день и больше пакетиков не положили, а чаю хотелось)). За три дня полы не убирали. Меняли белье и полотенца, выкидывали мусор, но пол оставался грязным.
